ORDERING INFO: HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE.
How to Order
1. Browse through our collections under 'Shop'.
2. If you have queries, ask me directly at my 'Enquiries' board located under 'TagBoards'.
3. To purchase an item, send me an email at theivorylabel@gmail.com with your name, contact number, address, item code and item details, i.e. colour and size, etc.
3. An auto-generated reply would be sent to you.
4. We would check on the stock availability, and get back to you within 48 hours with a confirmation email indicating the payment details.
5. Please proceed to make your payment within 48 hours after we send out the confirmation email.
6. Reply us either via text or email when payment has been made with the following details (Name, Item purchased, Amount transferred, Date and time transferred).
7. Your item(s) will be mailed to you within 3 – 5 working days*.
*Working Hours include weekends for replying of texts and emails, weekdays for mailing of parcels.
Payment Options
We only accept payment transfer via DBS ATM Transfer. We will send you a confirmation email regarding the item(s) you have ordered and the dispatch of order(s). Thus, DO NOT make any payment transfer before receiving the confirmation email. Payment is to be made strictly within 48 hours after the confirmation email is sent out by TheIvoryLabel.
If payment is not made within 48 hours, the order(s) will be taken as void and you will be blacklisted by The Little Black Dress. Therefore, please ensure that you have confirmed with yourself on getting the item(s) so that we can facilitate a smooth transaction. Kindly note that once you have confirmed and submitted your order(s), you will not be able to make any changes to your order(s). Therefore, please ensure that every detail is correct before checking out. Thank You.
Prices are not inclusive of Registered Postage Mail. However, if you opt for Registered Postage Mail, you have to pay $3.00 on top of your purchase(s).
Form of Delivery
Registered Postage Mail:
Total purchase(s) + $3.00
E.g. Dress ($25.00) + Bag ($20.00) + $3.00 = $48.00
Normal Postage Mail:
Normal Postage Mail under 1st local is waived by us.
If the weight of the item exceeds that limit,
Total purchase(s) + $1.00
E.g. Dress ($25.00) + Bag ($20.00) + $1.00 = $46.00
THEIVORYLABEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST MAIL VIA NORMAL POSTAGE.
REGISTERED MAIL IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

TheIvoryLabel will make every effort to display the colour of our products as accurately as possible on theivorylabel.blogspot.com. However, the actual colour you see depends on the resolution of your monitor. Thus, we cannot promise that your monitor screen will accurately show the colour of our products. Hence, TheIvoryLabel is not liable for any discrepancies in difference of colour of merchandise upon delivery.
Return Policy
Items sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. However, in the event in which TheIvoryLabel made the wrong shipment, we will be liable for the postage cost of our customers. Products must be returned unworn and unwashed, or it will be taken that the product has been sold. Therefore, we will send the item you originally ordered, and customers will have to pay for both items - the one originally ordered and the one washed.
